The hotel has a fantastic location near big shopping malls, making it convenient for families with children to do some shopping. The restaurant in the evening offers a wide variety of delicious meals, including a mouth-watering beef burger and Thai fruit plate. The hotel is also centrally located in the city, making it easy to explore and visit local stores for any necessary items.
The hotel can improve on their poolside service by ensuring staff are available to take orders as soon as the pool opens, rather than waiting for guests to approach them.

Had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree By Hilton in Bangkok. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. Special shoutout to Jah at the front desk for her amazing customer service. The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS, making it easy to explore the city. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the rainshower in the bathroom was a nice touch. Despite a few minor issues, like the lack of milk in the room and the busy surrounding area, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an enjoyable and convenient stay at this hotel. The location was great with easy access to transportation and many shopping centers in the Sukhumvit area. The hotel facilities were clean and practical, especially the comfortable pool area with showers. The staff were helpful, accommodating, friendly, and polite. There were nearby shops and a money changer in the vicinity. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including both Asian and Western foods.

The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel had a modern design and was clean, the breakfast had a wide selection of choices, the location was close to the BTS station and a big shopping mall, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with international sockets.

We were warmly greeted by Lee goong when checking in, making us feel instantly welcome. The hotel's location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the BTS, malls, and eateries. We also found a fantastic pork soup noodles shop just a short walk away.
